Kings River: Business seems to rebound after 2017 flood

As temperatures quickly rose last summer, the Kings River began to swell. Water levels at Pine Flat were at 929,281-acre-feet — 293 percent full, while the statewide snowpack was at 193 percent of average.  The Army Corps of Engineers had to release the excess water.
