Controlling dry creek bed runoff that goes underground

Hello, I posted a similar question on hydrology as well. I have a dry creek bed that flows whenever we get a decent rain storm. The current flow of the water is on the edge of my property until it goes undgerground for about 20 feet and resurfaces about 10 feet further into my propety.

I'd like to re-route the water to stay along the edge of my propety. Is there anything you guys reccomend or reccomend against?

Here is a video of the area: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5uu28x1morxdwmg/Video%20Apr%2015%2C%2010%2030%2011%20AM.mp4?dl=0&utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss
